Ceramic parts with high alumina (99,8%) and zirconia content are particularly suitable for the application in modern medicine technology, as components of surgical and other medical devices (compressor inserts, endoscope ends, scalpel inserts etc.)

Our Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) technology allows great shape complexity and is capable for new ceramic components range production. It is cost-effective with high wear resistance, excellent mechanical properties as well as thermal shock- and chemical resistance, furthermore biocompatible.

Material: Zirconia; 99,75% Alumina and ATZ (alumina toughened zirconia)
